About Us

Luce Transportation started in 1987, with one bus. Wayne Luce drove/contracted the South Hope route for Camden-Rockport H.S. In the '90s, with help from his wife Molly, Wayne expanded the business, adding other mid-coastal school routes. Luce Transportation continued to grow into the new millennium. In 2004, Wayne's son, Ben, started working for the company as a driver. After many years of learning the bus business, Ben bought Luce Transportation in January of 2019. Today, we run school buses daily from Belfast to Scarborough, and trips throughout northern New England.
